How does the Gmail connection work?

Sign in with Google once. Messages go out from your own address and replies come back into Kitbees. We never see or store your password.

Can I write on Instagram too?

Yes, Instagram DMs are in beta. Ask us to turn them on for your workspace.

Can I send to many creators at once?

Yes. Pick the creators and a template, and each message fills in their name. You review every message before anything goes out.

What are statuses?

Where each creator stands with you: shortlisted, contacted, negotiating, approved or declined. Rename them, recolour them and put them in your own order.

Can I keep notes on a creator?

Yes. Private notes sit on the profile, so whoever picks up the thread next knows the whole story.
